Beauty of Dame,
That which the Queen bestowed
You stand on gladiatorial grounds
Without swords you win wars
Able to quench fire with words
Rain tears on inferno
Reach the inner voice
Of the raging bull and find peace
Show love without condition
Be the chalice that holds existence
Hold pain of process in giving life
Such richness in emotion, such joy to be had
Oh beauty of Dame,
To you the Queen bestowed
To you as partners, sisters, mothers
Spinal cords in backbones, to you as heroines
And while flower gardens
Glow in beauty so bright on summer's day
Nothing comes close to your majesty, all year round
Oh my beauty of Dame, to your honor I say
I say
To your honor
I say thank you
