Capturing a flower

This flower, capturing this moment
A stretch out to touch this gem
This pearl, solidified to make fascination real
Align allegiance with spectacular, this radiance

To witness this moment
To touch fairy wings and unicorn horns
I have seen magic in its purest, in this life
What delight of beauty ordained on nature

When the heavens leaves open, oportune
Curvature doors long enough ajar, this moment
To witness paradise with such sight from earth
And see rainbow radiate from within, this aura

This angel, this moment, this smile
This twinkle in the eye
This star bright, this joy
Forever captured, this flower

The Dancing Joromi

Today I saw an epiphany, Joromi in the shop window
Hanging on a doll, sat on a Victorian rest
Cinderella's shoes and a necklace to match
Joromi looked alive, incandescent bursting with excitement

She moved on pause, pulse, in a beautiful, butterfly print
She had a heavenly spirit, that drew on my hunger
Today I saw Joromi in the shop window
Next to her, stood such adoring dancing shoes

So tonight, when the bells go din dong, in moon light show
I will be at the ball room, with Joromi
Ready to dance  my tango and foxtrot
Dance my High-life, to win the heart of my love

Today I saw Joromi in the shop window
Tonight I will become one with Joromi
And dance the night before dawn
Today I will win my lovers heart

And take Joromi home with me
Today I saw Joromi in the shop window
Tonight Joromi would share my bed

Costumes I Wear: A trusted friend

Every morning you sit and wait..
Sometimes with crease, sometimes without..
Sometimes well ironed and hanged..
Sometimes folded placed in drawers ..
But every morning you wait on me..

You wrap me up..
You hold me with embrace..
You keep me warm..
You give me, strength and confidence to carry on..

You place a persona..
On my shoulders to wear..
And I play the characters you choose,..
Every morning at the start of day...

Every day I sit with confidence, in suits I wear
And at 40 a leather jacket, to take me through
My mid life crises, like a prescription from the doctor..
Every morning you wait on me..

When tempers flare and sweat engulfs..
My flooded skin, my armpit flood..
You suck it in and dry me out..
Every morning, you wait on me..

When pressure mounts..
In spots lights drawn..
And apprehension sneaks in
You sit with me, you stay with me

You wrap me up, not letting go..
You hold me tight..
Till the end of day, you never leave..
You are a friend, a trusted friend
Every morning you wait on me..
