Manchester Today

Oh Manchester today
we hear your cry
we hear your heartache

We see ur fresh scar
we witness your attacks
A cheap shot thrown at you

You have just been caught
in the middle of a
senseless debauchery

That feeds on hatred and fear
that targets the innocent
and celebrate horror,

Confused as to what is gained by it all,
a pathe unending of victimisation
a war with no cause,

No clearly drawn out battle fields
Out away, far away, where soldiers
bid fair well to their love ones

Find a safe field with equal measure
away from the innocent
and battle it out.

Why take on a civilian
and say it is just, for it is war,
All is fair in war

Who's medal of honor
is for hire so cheap,
placed with a discount reduce to clear

If for faith of religion
which God will welcome u with open arms preying on the vulnerable,

If for pride
such hallow deeds
will be deemed empty

By your own conscience
ones the arrogance of justification
dies out, so short lived

To have scarred a mother's womb
and robbed a life of it's time,
Her tears are acid rain on you

To have broken a father's heart
by taking away he's love,
His anger will huant you

And that of the children
left orphans by your acts
t hier loneliness will be your burden

A weight so heavy
you have just placed on your self.
A curse beyond this world

There is no justification
of war, for war of terror
none at all exist

If we accept each others difference
as the true beauty of God
for God is diverse

As his greatest attribute
and his hands are diverse
as shown through all of nature,

So why pin a mark on God
and insist on killing for such false cause
No one asked you for, no God needs

No God did.

Charlie Hebdo; No religion

I am a cartoonist, an artist
I am just a guy with a pencil and a paper

It is not as though
There is too much salt in the water

It is as the situation stands
The whole water is just salt

There are no religions
There are no sinners

My country is without boarders
I am a man without a country

There are no black areas of shades
There are no white areas of shades

It is all blurred in grey
No blood so red

No cut so deep
No handle on the butcher's knife

No symbols and affiliation
No secret handshakes on alters

We are living in a nightmare
Where all the monsters dreamed of, come alive

The nut house is empty
The inmates a' the guards running this ward

The President has a secret
Greater than the man about to be hanged

Do not look directly in their eyes
The sun will blind you a' rob you of the day

Hide the last manuscripts
The decree ruled, is to burn all books

Do not look for mother
To be our saving grace

She has long converted
And we are all aliens to her course

Blood is lighter than water
And the sun dries it out so fast, desert rain

Amnesia is our luck to be found
Stops us from remembering the pain

I am a cartoonist, an artist
I am just a guy with a pencil and paper

Why would you brake my pencil
And scatter my blood so raw

Tear Drop

When good men go to war
And the blue sky of paradise
Turns grey with looming fright

When politics ask good men to pick up arms
And they say it is for good reason, honest
This is a fight for our way of life

Our freedom, this is for justice
For our right our honour
Our democracy, right to bare arms

When mothers hug their sons
And send them off to the battle fields
Fearing the dreaded uniformed knock

We lost one, to the rose cottage
Less one from deploring parade
One less on the journey home, empty seats

When good men go to war
And death becomes of innocence
Expect not the same man, to come back home
