The contract

This is t' contract of relations, relative to knowing
I have come to the realisation, to the know
That this here, is a contract of negotiation, on balance

Where goal posts are never
Positioned on permanent spots
And the sway of the bowl of fulfilment

That which carries content of liquid formations
Is kept at a constant swing to maintain balance
For solids are made brittle in endurance of bonds

Do not look out to be favoured by events
Not always,  at all times in having a way with
This is t' conditions of grounds, made ready to build on

As intended based on the subject of negotiations
Compromises made prominent to attention on balance
And courtship and friendship is to hold this as basic

I have come to realise, in part, in ways
That in forms in bonds formed, no one is to take spoils
Winning all every-time on roulette tables

Not if for the enrichment wished for
Is to be graced with the fortitude of longevity
And thus, not a flash in the pan, upon pacts signed

This is a contract of understanding
On what relationship's balance are  to be formed on
Say I do, say I, to roll up one's sleeves and engage

This is the contract of relations
I have come to the realization, on centered mind
That this here, is a contract of negotiation

Oh Dear Penny

Cork-Portrait-Scott-Gundersen
Dear penny dear, with natural tan, you beauty
I heard you just got into town, you bronze beauty
Penny dear, penny dear, my love

You know there is a saying
As always there is, "a saying"
Which says, as sayings go "there is a saying"

There is a saying
Which goes, look after the penny
For the pound will look after it self

A trickle of water from taps running
Could fill a bath tub, if left long enough
Long enough, it could become an ocean

And in the same light
A piggy bank could buy you a house
If you load up, a few, a few more with t' pennies

I know not what becomes of my change
After breaking down the bundle
And thus another bundle I take out

To vanish again in pennies, oh dear penny
Like an erosion on shores if unchecked
I promise to keep an eye on you, my dear penny

If you find a penny pick it up , like love at first sight
The pounds do look after themselves
It is the penny that needs watching

Like tender love
For a budding rose
My dear penny, penny dear

Simple Says

Inclined, try hard, like it's no body's business
Simple says, if it is meant to be
It is meant to be, glide to land on solid grounds

Sweats are a necessity
No doubt, to define a character
Call it preparation to be crowned

But know this, in parables
Careful all the same, wise thoughts
Figments, blurry lanes lie on routes to destination

Some walls do not have invisible doors
To manifest, like open sesame
They hold illusions pretence, mirage

Vulnerable, don't break your fist, in  the process
Trying to break down walls, in the process
Options lie as avenues given in procedure

Knowing when to walk
Is the sign of opportunity set
To be taken advantage of, gifted

Try all the same, as oppose to
You suppose to, believe me, blow on wish
How else, if not so, to find measure

But simple says
This is a philosophy to be had
At the back of the mind, thinking

Simple says
If it is meant to be, it's meant to be
Don't break your fist, chasing mirage, options given

Ducks Can't Fly

If birds had feathers they will not hang
On grills, spiced up, roasting aroma
Feeling the air, with juice

My taste bud, ready to engage
Consumed, my lips left with evidence
Of my indulgence

If birds have feathers
Oh but they do
Well before being unplugged

Oh but they do
If birds had feathers to fly
They would not hang on grills

For they will know to fly
And not walk, or run, slow enough
To be caught, by the man with no feather

Awaiting Answers

I am out of coverage area
Sometimes you aught to be
To find your self, with meaning

The buddhist prefer a solitary area
Or would avoid uttering words for years
In meditating mood, for enlightenment

On journeys back I took
In the clouds I saw a rabbit, a sea horse
Land-horse and a boar

Meanings, I still don't know
But for seeing such beauty in the clouds
Aught to be a blessings of some sought

A silver lining across the pond of life
A sign of thee, from thee
To reflect on others to come, I'm sure

First signs count
I saw them, there, there
Those silver lining, I saw them
