Hello in foreign languages

Hear my language, commentary, summary and sub titles
Sub-context, abbreviations, cacophony of snap-shots
Signals, coded messages and phonetic alphabets
Sign language, proverbs and slang, word!!

Words as language, stands as forms to express
Tribal and regional notation to add to chaos
I say a word, to express notions
Sent out to one to respond in relation

Foreign languages, conundrums a’ birds spinning round my head
Don't leave me out in chit chat, excuses based on lost words
I ask to be taught foreign language and slangs
Can't be sat here pulling bewildered face, left out

So teach me one's coded, signs, signals and proverbs
Of course get me involved in interactions, I am a good spot
Teach me how to say in your language, in your language
Hello, how are you doing and I love you; you are so fine looking

Though you are tempted, teach me not jibes of rude words
You are only going to get me into trouble, silly you
Now, now, now, hold on there,
That is not the reaction, one expects from hello

He looks; she looks vexed, like storm about to unleash
Oh dear, hope that was a hello, I love you, I did just say
Was that hello in storms, cacophony of foreign language
I am lost in translation

Lost In Translation

Maybe it is the weather, with the summer gone
Maybe it is the season, turning new chapters
Maybe it is just how, the green in leaves

Has all fallen and weathered

Maybe it is the rain, its wetness
The clouds that blocks the sun
Maybe it is the darkness in the morning
When once the sun would have been out
To shine, on the clock

Maybe it is the change of the clocks
The silence of the birds
The absent squirrel that runs on the wall
Between my neighbour and I
I haven't seen in a while

Maybe it is the seemingly endless
Pronouncement of the hour, it drags on
Maybe it is the long wait for Christmas
Or the beginning of a new year, so close

No winds blow,
yet candles steadily lose their spark
Lost in translation between transition
Awaiting something new

Who knows
Maybe I am just over analysing
In the pursuit of happiness,

Lost in translation

Maybe it is just me
Maybe, maybe, maybe
Maybe it is just a phase
Of being lost in translation

Snap out... ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaa
Snap out already
Jerry Springer is excused
Don't you know, haven't you heard
Ha, lost in translation I see

My bRoKeN Brolly

 Rain drop, drip, drape..
Drapes, drops, drips

And then I'm drenched..
What to do, with my broken brolly..

Big, small, old of English,..
Flowery oriental, in looks of China ..
Beauty in colours, of Mary Poppins..
Then sometimes; sometimes in black..

Just in black..
With oak, or ivory, handles hold..
As this then becomes,  my walking stick..
My walking stick; old English, gentleman's brolly..

My walking stick
My walking stick
My walking stick

What to do, with my broken brolly..
With hooks all off, and springs all sprung

On crooked lines, on narrow roads
In walks I take, I make,  for all to see..

In winds it goes, tumbling inside out..
With loosened spikes sharp, to be avoided..
On sliver spokes, dashed rushed pointing all out..
To sea of people, I shout “health and safety”..

What to do, with my broken brolly..
While all along, in the old Queen’s England..
Rain drop, drip, drape, drapes, drops, drips

And then I'm drenched, and then I am drenched ..

I stamp in puddles, to dance my brolly dance

#I sing in the rain, #I am singing in the rain
And wiggle it hold, on dangling handling
Along the way, #I sing in the rain

In good old deary, rainy England..
I sing in the rain, with my broken brolly
On what to do, with my broken brolly..
Dolly, lolly, polly, brolly brolly, broken brolly
