So Many Words (Free verse)

Save(d) the bell, by the bell, saved by the bell
So many words said like rampage
Run this, you hear this, you heard that
I'm all ears, that's what I am saying now
I am all ears, one shot, here shoot

So teach and lecture, poetry
Desk chair, I'm sat on
Tables in front of me
Finger print pushed on lemons
For lemonade, its a process
Re-stressed, compression

Ready to pen down wisdom
A drink, I drink after, whole cups after
I am thirsty for the know
Intellect, intelligence
Gather like harvest

I'm yearning
Give me the vibe right
The oomph tight
The words bright

But now my patience gauge
Slowly moving to rage
I'm furious, delirious
This is miseducation on misinformation

Rest assured, please believe
You will be fired, through the exit polls
After this, after me, after I, take on the stage
Grab the floor, own the place, make it mine to ride

Raid you off, I'm about to set the stage right
Fast, past mediocrity,
Stamping on egg shell
Flour smoke whisker, like ninja, appearance

You've got me all wound up
Why is this, why is that,
Ovens with half baked cakes
Middles on the sloping ends, served

Now am just fuming
Like steam of the rage train
Hear me, watch me, about to deliver
Projected words, chant hallelujah  from wisdom

Note: This is like shaping pencils
Doodling on empty paper, from empty mind
Otherwise known as, scribbling on snakes and ladders

  6. I love how you make your own rules in this poem. It was an absolute pleasure to read, flowed so smooth and said so much, well done.

  7. Love this, kind of free verse, rambling, roaming, place to place, all with splendid colors.
